Developers Break Ground on Prospect-Lefferts Gardens Rental Project
“Developers have broken ground on a 67-unit rental apartment building in the Prospect-Lefferts Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn.
The Kalikow Group, WRS Associates and the Ishay Group are joint owners of 2415 Church Ave., formerly the site of a parking lot, a $29 million project expected to be completed in mid-2019.”

“It’s hard to find upside anymore in places like Manhattan, so we wanted to build in an area where we saw room for growth and that was near a subway line,” Kalikow Group Vice President Greg Kalikow said. “Prospect-Lefferts Gardens is an exciting neighborhood that we want to be in.”
