WRS’s successful 1997 co-op conversion of this pre-war building located in one of the Upper West Side’s’s toniest enclaves achieved sale prices not previously seen for similar projects. WRS oversaw the offering plan, construction, and unit sales, and continues to manage the remaining unsold shares.
