This project is a 48-unit, 65,000 sq. ft. multi-family apartment building with a 2,600 sq. ft. retail component. WRS Assoociates was responsible for land acquisition, financing, entitlement and project management for this new development over the Carroll Street station of the F-train subway. Billy Stein successfully coordinated a highly challenging design and entitlement process, including MTA and DOB approvals, and commenced construction. With a new joint venture partner, the project is under construction and is expected to be completed in early 2011.
