440 Irving Avenue

Located in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Bushwick, this 2016 project consisted of a full gut renovation; converting a two-family brownstone into six new luxury apartments.  Thoughtfully laid-out and lovingly designed, 440 Irving, which is self-managed by WRS, combines the quintessential brownstone aesthetic Brooklynites have always loved with the modern luxury they’ve come to expect.
