Slated for completion in Summer 2024, 447 Euclid Avenue will offer over 100,000 SF of sorely needed affordable housing, including 81 supportive units and 54 low-income units. The project, which is a joint venture with Lantern Community Services and Mega Contracting Group, will also house a 3,000 SF retail space on the ground floor.
