100 Ring Road

WRS’s complete renovation of this mid-century office building earned the 2007 Archi Award for Best Renovation on Long Island.  Constituting a complete redesign of the façade, lobby, common areas and property grounds, this project, which also included an expansion of the building footprint, the addition of a new floor, and mechanical, electrical and sprinkler upgrades throughout, resulted in the repositioning of this 1960’s-property into a nearly 40,000 SF, state of the art, Class-A office building.
